I had an excellent experience with Ramesh Rajendran and Sivaraman Rajavignesh (Vicky) from Luce Aircon during the installation of my new air conditioning unit. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from start to finish. Ramesh and Vicky worked seamlessly as a team, completing the installation efficiently without compromising on quality. They were meticulous in their approach, ensuring everything was installed correctly and functioning perfectly. They also took the time to answer my questions. This is my second time using Luce Aircon. Like the first time, i am very pleased with the service with reasonable rates. Work done is prompt, efficient yet thorough leaving area clean and dry. This time technician Sasikumar Lekshmanan did an excellant job, fielded my queries about other AC services clearly and politely. He arrived early and communicated promptly when he had to wait for me to get back home. Good job and great service and not too bad rates! Definitely to stick to this company fore my AC service for sometime.
